Here are our guidelines and pricing for your refill.

• To clean your vessel, gently scrape or use a paper towel or soft cloth/rag to remove any excess wax.

• Use a few drops of a gentle dishwashing liquid in the bowl and pour over very hot (but not boiling) water.

• Using a dish brush, gently clean the bowl. The wax will melt and surface, and the metal wick clip will come away from the bowl. The metal wick clips can be re-used too! (Optional to return with your bowl for refill)

• Empty water outside where wax residue will biodegrade.

• Wipe bowl and wick clip clean of any remaining residue with a paper towel or soft cloth/rag.

Please note:

Vessels are expected to arrive for refill clean and ready. We provide an optional bowl cleaning fee at checkout to make things easy for you if your pressed for time.

If you are returning your vessel to us in the post, please ensure it is wrapped and packaged well to ensure it arrives to us in perfect condition. We are not able to take any responsibility for breakages that may happen in transit to us.

We recommend you choose a tracking option so you are able to trace your package if need be.
